By joining our referral program, you consent to the following terms and conditions
- The Company shall pay to the Referrer ten percent (10%) of the value of the development fee made by a client introduced to the Company by the Referrer within seven working days after same is received.
- The said payment shall be a one-off payment i.e. in every subsequent dealing of the Company with the client referred; the Referrer shall not be entitled to receive any other payment.

In a situation whereby the client makes a part payment, the Referrer will only be entitled to ten percent of whatever amount of money which constitutes the said part payment until the money is fully paid up i.e. where the client withdraws from the contract mid-way, the Referrer shall not be entitled to any further payment. It shall therefore be the duty of the Referrer to ensure that the client pays up the full contract sum so that the Referrer can in turn get his own full referrer bonus.

Due to usual Non-Disclosure agreements between Clients and Developers in the business line of the Company, the parties agree that the Company shall not be obligated to disclose to the Referrer any details of the project being undertaken for the Client beyond the disclosure of the total value of the contract sum, which will determine what amount will constitute the 10% referral payment.
- Any dispute arising between the parties in relation to this agreement shall be amicably settled between the parties within seven (7) working days. Where the parties are unable to resolve within seven working days, such matter shall be referred to arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Ibadan, Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 and the Rules or any amendments made pursuant thereto. The Arbitration Tribunal shall consist of a single Arbitrator to be appointed by the agreement of Parties.
